With Global ECM Solutions acting as systems integrator, ancoraDocs’ capture software is used to intelligently recognize, classify, process and capture key data from invoices, updating the Fuelsoft financial accounting system. Manual keying and associated errors are greatly reduced.
The resulting images are stored within the industry-leading Laserfiche electronic document management solution, supplied by Global ECM. The software will cross-reference documents for quick and easy retrieval, as well as providing robust security, audit trail, and records retention management features. Laserfiche also triggers an invoice approval process based on customer-specific business rules within its integral workflow capabilities.
Laserfiche is integrated with Fuelsoft so that documents relating to accounting data can be seamlessly retrieved and viewed via the Fuelsoft interface.
